
BBQ Bob's All Beef Grilled Meatballs with Shredded Smoked Gouda

You'll never go back to traditional meatballs after trying this recipe! These grilled meatballs have delicious and bold flavor that will make your guests question how a meatball can taste this good!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80/20 ground sirloin
- 2 tbsp BBQ Bobs 7 Bones Beef rub
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 bottle BBQ Bobs Beef and Big Game BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup cool water
- 1 5 oz smoked Gouda cheese - shredded
Directions
- Set grill to 300F on one side direct heat and on the other side indirectheat
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl to make meatballs only use1/2 cup of the BBQ sauce
- Form the meatballs into a golf ball size and lay them on a sheet pan
- Place the sheet panon the direct side of the grill turning the meatballs every 30 secondsto get a nice color
- Once they have a nice color, place the meatballs on the indirect side of the grill
- Continue cooking the meatballsuntil they reach 145F internal temperature
- Pour the rest of the BBQ Bob's Beef and Big Game BBQ Sauce into a disposable half pan along with the cooked meatballs and make sure to coat them well
- Put the whole pan on the grill and allow them to caramelize for 3-4 minutes
- Shred thesmoked Gouda cheese over the meatballs and serve with toothpicks
