What's included in your pizza dough mix?

Our dry dough mix includes premium flour and seasonings. You just add water and a bit of oil. Instructions are on the package.

Can I freeze the pizza dough after making it?

Yes! After the first proof, you can portion and freeze it for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before using.

How long does it take to make pizza dough using your mix?

We offer two strategies, same day dough and 24 hour cold ferment dough. (See link)

What's the shelf life of your pizza products?

Our pizza dough mix and seasonings have a shelf life of 12– 36 months. Store in a cool, dry place.

Can I use your pizza seasoning for other foods?

Definitely! Our Italian blends are great on pasta, grilled veggies, meats, and garlic bread.
